Alexander Baird

Married Agnes Jack on 6 August 1705 in Denny, Stirlingshire, Scotland. At least two sons. Emigrated to colonial Virginia; his son Henry C. Baird was born Buckingham VA in 1709. Verified by primary records 2026-06-05: Scotland Marriages 1561-1910 confirms 6 August 1705 marriage to Agnes Jack at Denny, Stirlingshire (Scottish Old Parish Register). Scotland Births and Baptisms 1564-1950 confirms his birth 1680 Falkirk, naming John Baird as father. The Bairds remained in Scotland during this generation; Henry (b. 1709) was the emigrant to Virginia.
