Joseph Ratliff (Ratcliff) of Charles County Maryland. Husband of Ann Dunnington. Father of Zephaniah Ratliff (1753-1831). Tradition holds that Joseph was son of Richard (II) Ratliff of Virginia/North Carolina, who bequeathed lands in those colonies to sons Thomas and Joseph; not yet documented.
