Richard Tempest 1497, ending senior line at the Hall); deeded Chellow to son Edward — this is the junior branch our line descends from. m. Beatrice Calverley betrothal 1446. Documented chain from William de Bolling (lord of Bolling Hall 1316) down to Edward Bolling of Bradford (1556-1592) and his son Robert Bolling (1586) the London saddler whose grandson Col. Robert Bolling emigrated to Virginia 1660.
