William Murphy Hindman

Born July 1844 in Rushville, Schuyler County, Illinois. Father: Samuel Hindman (1797-1860, born Elizabeth, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania). Mother: Hannah Hindman. One known sister: Mary Hindman (FS GQKD-DX9). Settled in La Salle County, Illinois with his wife Adaline Mellisa Wilcoxon and had two children: Luella G (1872-1961) and Boyden Erwin (1878-1954). Died 5 June 1915 in La Salle, IL, at age 70; buried La Salle.
